Great service, fun atmosphere.
We love this place, have been coming for years. But lately, it's went down hill. I understand it's under new management as of a year or so ago. Wait times are terrible. Table service was poor. Food was not as good as usual. Finally had to walk to the bar to get a drink refill and then again to pay and leave because the waitress did not come by to check on us at all. Music was comfortable level when we sat down and had conversation, about 8 the volume nearly doubled and I could not have conversation with friends. We asked if they could turn it back down a tad and the managers reply was "it's not even turned up"...
I love going to Hot Shots my friends and I always have a awsome time there!!!!! Lol
This place is awesome. If you are in from out of town you got to check this place out. They make you feel at home right there at the bar. The bartenders are the best!
