3. They refuse to treat pain... you can bring x-rays and an mri proving severe pain... they still won't treat you.
Very kind and polite during visits... afterwards it seems they're too busy to concern themselves with your issues.

New patient appt wait time about 1 week to 2 months depending on the issue.
1. They do not return calls. They say they'll call you back but never do. Claim to be 'working on it' (referral, appts, etc.) but aren't.
2. The Nurse Practitioner is excellent at her job for sure. Very good and great bedside manner!
They will 'refer' you elsewhere... which could take weeks.
