Wonderful experience, wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry - especially custom work. They did a custom mother's ring for my wife, and it's fantastic. Just what my wife wanted. Great service, great people.
Yes, they have expensive, beautiful rings, but this is NOT the local business to support! Please go to a jeweler who will treat you with respect, listen to you, and give you great customer service, i.e. not Jayson Jewelers!
After they did unsatisfactory work to my wedding ring (I was too embarrass to even wear it), I brought it back for them to correct, which they were reluctant to do. A week later I got my ring back and they charged me again, more than I was charged the first time! No one should have to pay twice for a job that should have been done right the first time. Not knowing they were charging for the work, my husband dropped by the store to pick up my ring and was told the outlandish charge. They continued to tell him I knew about the extra resizing work they did and the corresponding fee to get him to pay it -- they never told me any of this! If I knew they were charging again to fix it I would have taken my ring elsewhere to a place that actually would do the job right. I went to the store to dispute the charges and complain about their customer service after I did not receive a call back from a voice mail left the day prior.
Do not go to Jayson Jewelers! The sales rep are condescending and refuse to listen to what the customer actually wants. Horrible customer service!
Having worked with this family for years, I can tell you that their dedication to their customers and their product is second to none. Whether you need a beautiful, but inexpensive gift or a once in a lifetime heirloom purchase, you get the same treatment from knowledgeable people. Its nice to walk through the store and see quality and styles of jewelry that you aren't going to see at a big chain store. They also offer services like computer-aided jewelry design. Having a piece of jewelry designed just for you (in front of you) is an amazing development in jewelry technology! You'll also be glad you purchased from them, as they also service their jewelry after the sale with a full time bench jeweler & metalsmith on hand for sizing, refinishing or repairing your jewelry. Stop by and see for yourself what a fantastic shopping experience this place is!
Instead of them addressing the issue as a professional company, I was yelled at by all 3 employees in the store, I was told I was "just one complaint", they did not have time for me, then called the cops upon me asking when I could get a call from the owner. I have yet to get the phone call I was told I would receive.
The ladies at Jayson Jewelers are exceptional! They definitely will take the time to help anyone find the right piece of jewelry!
